IF YOU TRY TO DISPUTE or DENY a valid charge, your credit card number along with your name and address will immediately be added to a negative database. The negative database is shared by thousands of merchants on the internet, both large and small,and you will not be able to purchase goods or services from said merchants in the future.

After we receive notice that a chargeback has been issued, the amount owed instantaneously rises to the amount of the original charge PLUS a $35 chargeback fee and 20% processing fee. This basically turns a 15 minute call that originally cost $25 into a $65.

We will immediately attempt to contact you via email or telephone. We give you 10 business days to respond to emails or phone calls. If during these 10 days we receive payment, no further action will be required.

If within 10 days NO contact is acknowledged and NO payment is negotiated a certified written letter will be processed and mailed via USPS to the address used for the credit card transaction. This letter will serve as 30 days written notice of intent to collect. During this 30 day period this charge must be paid including all fees assessed. If card was stolen, we will require a copy of the police report to dismiss the charges.

IF 30 days after written notice has been issued there is still no resolution, ALL DETAILS regarding the charge will be forwarded to a collection agency for collection. At this point, we will no longer negotiate for settlement. Your address, phone number, email address, credit card number, sexual preferences and in-depth details about calls you've made will be given to this agency. This information will also be shared with other phone sex site webmasters to protect them from fraudulent calls.
